PAYMENT OF  FEE 2011 - 2014

Cost of Application Form & Prospectus : Rs. 200 /-India, NC Rs. 300 for Nepal, NU 200 for Bhutan and same for Bangladesh )    

PAYMENT FO FEE TO CONFIRM ADMISSION:  

One Time Admission Confirmation Fee of Rs 30,000/- Admission Confirmation letter is issued as soon as the College receives the Admission Fee. 

To reserve seat you can pay Rs. 10,000 INR. Balance upon reporting to the college

PAYMENT OF COLLEGE FEE : 

Prescribed Course Fee as per the Course You Are Undertaking and the schedule as per the scheme chosen by you is to be paid AT THE TIME OF REPORTING TO THE COLLEGE on the 7th of July 2011. Classes for the Academic year begins from 11th July 2011.   Ref : Admission Confirmation Letter. 

HOSTEL ACCOMODATION 

Good Shepherd Girls Hostel:

Safe, Homely and Hygienic Hostel accommodation is available for Girls with ( 24 X 7 ) Supervision. Cost includes accommodation and Food ( Bed Tea, B’fast , Lunch, Evening Tea and Dinner ). Medical facility and Doctor on Call. 

Boys hostel & PG for Boys:

Good shepherd is planning to once again introduce Boys hostel from 2011.

Otherwise Outstation Boys can stay in Private Hostels and Paying Guest accommodation at very similar reasonable cost. The College will assist you to seek suitable accommodation at reasonable rate of aprox. Rs. 2000/- to 2500 per month. Choices are available. The College discourages any students from hiring rooms privately and sharing with friends.  Parents should understand that it is difficult to monitor student’s activities during off Campus hours. Attendance ( Punctuality and Regularity are of utmost importance ). Safety, Security and Guardianship should be a priority. Parents and Guardian should not support the students choice to stay by themselves for obvious reasons. They should stay as a PG who will act as a Legal Local Guardian. Private Hostels recommended by us have been carefully scrutinized and coordinate with the College and monitor the students activities both on and off Campus. After choosing a PG the Boys will have to stay with the Local guardian for at least for a year. Lunch is provided by the College during all working days

1st   YEAR    -  Rs. 28,000  -       1st Semester - Rs. 14,000 to be paid at the time of Reporting on the 7th July 2011
                                               2nd Semester  Rs. 14,000 on the 9th Feb 2012

2nd  YEAR    -  Rs. 14,000  -       3rd Semester Rs. 14,000 to be paid on 9th July 2012
                                               4th Semester - Nil 

3rd  YEAR    -  Rs. 28,000 :       5th Semester Rs. 14,000 to be paid on 9th July 2014   
                                              6th Semester Rs. 14,000 on 9th Feb 2014

1st    YEAR    -  Rs.10,000  -     1st Semester - Rs. 5000 to be paid at the time of Reporting on the 7th July 2011

2nd  YEAR    -  Rs. 5,000  -      3rd Semester Rs. 5000 to be paid on 9th July 2012
                                             4th Semester - Nil   

3rd  YEAR    -  Rs. 10,000 :      5th Semester Rs. 5000 to be paid on 9th July 2014   
                                             6th Semester Rs. 5,000 on 9th Feb 2014


IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ADMISSION:

Only when the College receives the Admission fee, can the students be assured of Admission, purchasing of Application Kit, does not Guarantee Admission. Admission is deemed to be confirmed only when you pay the Rs. 30000/- prescribed fee and issued the ADMISSION CONFIRMATION LETTER bearing your REGISTRATION NO. If the college rejects your Application, due to Non Availability of Seat or due to Unsuccessful Board Result. SEATS ARE ALLOTED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. You will be refunded the entire Admission Fee of Rs 30000/-. However Fees will be not be Refunded if candidates themselves withdraw from the course at any point of time, for any reason.

MODE OF PAYMENT :

All students are advised that CASH PAYMENTS should be made only at the College office at Kalimpong. Outstation students Specially from Other States in India, Nepal , Bhutan and Bangladesh are advised to pay only through  Bank Demand Draft in favour of “ Kalimpong Good Shepherd Education Society” preferably by State Bank of India, AXIS Bank OR ICICI BANK Payable at Kalimpong Branch. ( Ref : Students Hand Book. ). PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY CASH PAYMENTS TO ANY OF OUR OUT STATION OFFICIALS. The College will not be responsible for the same. How ever A Crossed Demand Draft may be handed over to the officials to Facilitate and Expedite the Admission process. CASH PAYMENTS may be made only to our Founder Director – Mr. A. Lama during his outstation official visits to Bhutan, Nepal and Bangladesh. During the Tenure of  study, parents are requested to directly pay to the College.

( Fee once paid are not refundable under any circumstance except for Security Deposit after deductions if any )

Students undergoing 3 YEARS DEGREE / DIPLOMA COURSE only, need to pay an additional Fee of Rs. 15000 as Uniform Fee of Rs.11000 and Rs. 4000 for Books. To be paid on the 9th July 2014.

AHLA Certificates will be awarded along with the Course Diplomas only on SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION of Course followed by the AH&LA examination.
